BookSource IRI compliant via Batch for overstock return authorisations

We are pleased to announce that BookSource is now IRI compliant via Batch for overstock return authorisations

, providing our customers with a simpler, faster and more efficient way to process overstock returns. This milestone is part of our ongoing commitment to making it easier for retailers to do business with us.

Batch takes the strain out of the returns process. Simply enter a list of overstock ISBNs to the Batch Returns website to receive authorisation within hours. Then print out a picking list and bar-coded labels that BookSource will scan on receipt of the boxes to identify your account, process the books and issue a credit note.
