BookSource is a leading, UK based distributor of books and printed material. It currently provides a comprehensive service for over 190 client publishers, BookSource services includes warehousing and distribution services, order fulfilment and invoicing and cash collection. BookSource connects the publisher, retailer and reader.

Where are you based?

We are based in Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, Scotland UK.

What is InfoSource?

InfoSource is our online reporting system which allows publishers to access all the information they need to run their business efficiently at the click of a button. InfoSource provides real-time detailed information about sales, orders in progress, stock, backorders and cash. 

I'm a publisher based outside of the UK, can you still distribute my books?

Yes!  We distribute books around the world.  Contact us to discuss working with us.

I'm a bookshop and want to order from you, how do I do this?

To open a Trade Account with us please complete this form. Once we process your application, and complete all the necessary checks, we will be in touch with your new account details. If you need to order anything from us in the meantime please contact our Customer Service team.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is available.  Let us know at the time of order and once your order is confirmed and left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.

My order is damaged, who should I contact?

We try to ensure that your books arrive on time and in perfect condition, but occasionally things don't always go to plan. We promise that this isn't normal, and if you experience any difficulties with your BookSource order(s) we'll do what we can to fix things, but we may need a little help from you.
