Warehouse & Stock Management
BookSource operates a 4,000 sqm state-of-the-art warehouse close to all major routes. We've recently upgraded our warehouse to include a new innovative vertical storage system.
Order fulfilment for publisher website orders
Let us dispatch order from your own website with EWOS - BookSource's Enhanced Web Order Service. Orders are transmitted to us upon completion of a web order on your site, we pass back various status messages keeping your customer informed.
DataSource
DataSource is BookSource's bibliographic data distribution service.
Automate your processes and update only one system.
Order Fulfilment
Our team processes all orders from trade customers from across the world. Orders are collected from all industry standard ordering services including:
Direct Sales: Email and telephone,
EDI, Pubeasy, Teleorders and Batchline.
Cash Collection
Our credit control team have established relationships with all our customers. To mitigate risk to the publisher, all cash receipts are held separately and are protected by trust status until they are transferred to publishers. We also partner with Batch.co.uk, making payment of invoices much easier.
InfoSource
All clients of BookSource have access to InfoSource, our online reporting tool.
InfoSource provides real-time detailed information about sales, orders in progress, stock, backorders and cash.
