Automated Stock Replenishment
ASR is a service offered by BookSource, designed to simplify stock management for titles with smaller print runs. When a title reaches a predetermined minimum threshold, our ASR service automatically places an order with one of our printing partners on your behalf to prevent selected titles from running out of stock.

Trade Order Fulfilment
Our team handles orders from trade customers worldwide. We are integrated with all of the industry-standard ordering services including Pubeasy, BatchLine, and Teleordering, and we have many direct EDI relationships with the industry’s key players.

Invoicing, Credit Management, and Cash Collection
We provide a fully accountable cash collection and publisher-payment service. All information relating to your orders, sales, and cash is made available to you through InfoSource (see below).
Reporting and analytics
All of our publishers have access to InfoSource, BookSource’s in-house developed online reporting tool.
InfoSource presents an intuitive dashboard that allows you to access several reports to review various areas including title management, stock, orders, backorders, sales, and cash collected.

Amazon
Our experience and proven processes will help you trade easily with Amazon, and more importantly, avoid penalties and chargebacks.
We collect orders from Amazon hourly through EDI, with each order being acknowledged almost instantly.

International Trade
We dispatch orders globally, maintaining strong partnerships with key UK shippers and consolidators. Each order that leaves our warehouse includes the required paperwork. For consignments crossing international borders, we enclose a commercial invoice and also transmit relevant information to the relevant carriers along with the goods.
Client Managers
Our publishers are allocated a Client Manager, who is their direct contact at BookSource.
Your Client Manager is involved in every step of your distribution process. For more information on our Client Managers, click here.
