Operations Manager

Steven joined BookSource in 2025 as Operations Manager in a newly created position.

He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse and leads the team responsible for warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping and handling inventory control.

With over 15 years of experience in similar management roles, Steven has strong leadership skills and a keen ability to optimise processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
