​We've prepared some info for customers, please see below for any questions you may have.

​All orders should continue to be sent to Grantham Book Services up to, and including Monday, 31st March 2025.

Tuesday 1st April 2025 onwards:

How do I order?

From Tuesday, 1st April 2025, all orders should be sent directly to BookSource. By emailing customerservice@booksource.net, by calling 0141 642 9192, order via Pubeasy or order via Teleordering. Bradt Guides titles are included if you have an EDI arrangement with BookSource.

How do I set up a trade account with BookSource?

To open a trade account with us please complete this form. When we process your application and complete all the necessary checks, we will be in touch with your new account details.

Returns

Return requests from 1st April 2025 should be directed to Bradt Guides and upon approval, the stock is to be returned to BookSource. Further guidance can be found here.

​

Authorised returns of orders placed prior to the last invoicing date at GBS (Monday 31st March 2025), that require processing by Monday 30th June 2025, should be returned and received by GBS no later than Friday 13th June 2025. Beyond this date no returns will be processed at GBS.

Payments 
Please make payment to the originating distributor. For invoices raised by BookSource (from Tuesday 1st April 2025 onwards), please click here for our payment options.

Claims

Please contact the originating distributor. For any issues with orders placed from Tuesday, 1st April 2025, please refer to the instructions provided here.

Discounts
Discounts arranged with Bradt Guides will continue to be in effect, and be included in any invoice raised by BookSource.
