​All orders should continue to be sent to Ingram Publisher Services UK up to, and including 30th April 2025.

1st May 2025 onwards:

How do I order?

From 1st May 2025 all orders should be sent directly to BookSource. By emailing customerservice@booksource.net, by calling 0141 642 9192, order via Pubeasy or order via Teleordering. Bluemoose titles are included if you have an EDI arrangement with BookSource.

How do I set up a trade account with BookSource?

To open a trade account with us please complete this form. When we process your application and complete all the necessary checks, we will be in touch with your new account details.

Returns

Return requests from 1st May 2025 should be directed to Bluemoose and upon approval, the stock is to be returned to BookSource. Further guidance can be found here.

Payments 
Please make payment to the originating distributor. For invoices raised by BookSource (from 1st May 2025 onwards), please click here for our payment options.

Claims

Please contact the originating distributor. For any issues with orders placed with BookSource (from 1st May 2025), please refer to the instructions provided here.

Discounts
Discounts arranged with Bluemoose will continue to be in effect, and be included in any invoice raised by BookSource.
