Trade customers can quickly and easily set up an account with us, or they can pay for their order at the time of placing it. If you would like to set up a BookSource trade customer account please contact our Credit Control team for an application form.

If you don’t have an account with us you can pay at the time of placing your order with a credit or debit card. We accept all credit cards except American Express and Diners Club card.

All trade customers can request access to our online reporting system, InfoSource. This invaluable tool allows customers to, at the click of a button any time of day, check availability of titles, track the progress of their orders, check what titles they have backordered and print off copy invoices and credit notes. If you are a trade customer but do not have a login to InfoSource, please contact with a note of your BookSource account number.
We use award-winning carrier DPD to deliver parcels throughout the UK and Europe. Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail and orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands are sent via Parcelforce. We use DHL for overseas orders that are outwith Europe. Overseas customers should advise us if they have an arrangement with a UK shipper and we will send their orders to the shipper.
Some of our client publishers are signed up with Batch Returns, however not all are. Please note that BookSource staff cannot authorise returns on behalf of a publisher, so if you would like to return some books please contact the publisher directly.
