Yvonne Craig - Customer Service Manager

Yvonne joined BookSource in February 2002 and has 23 years of customer service experience under her belt. Since joining the company Yvonne has undertaken roles as Customer Service Assistant and Warehouse Administrator, however for the last 3 years she has held the post of Customer Service Supervisor. She is responsible for the managing the daily workload within the team and ensuring that we exceed customers’ and clients’ needs. 



Leah Cullen - Digital Administrator

Leah joined BookSource in 2010. Her background is in book selling and she spent over 9 years working for Borders where she specialised in sales and events. Her main responsibility at BookSource is managing the comapny's transactional website, MyBookSource.com.  Leah is also the company’s Green Champion. 



Karolina Kopec - Administrator

Karolina joined the company in 2007 and over the years has performed a number of functions. In 2010 she became a company Administrator and she is responsible for managing the company's own sales and purchase ledgers, payroll and HR, and also provides Davinder with administrative and operational support. 



Sharon Simm - Client Services Administrator

Sharon joined BookSource in 2010. She spent 11 years working in Borders and was part of the Sales Management Team when it closed in 2009. Her main responsibilities at BookSource are to manage the title master files and to liaise with client publishers on day to day issues. 



David Warnock - Systems Manager

David has been with BookSource since its inception and has worked in the book trade since 1985. He was in charge of the warehouse up to 2007 and now manages all of BookSource’s IT systems.
