Minimum Order Surcharge Level (MOSL)

Our priority is to provide the best service, meeting industry-standard delivery times while dispatching orders sustainably and helping minimise carriage costs for publishers.

Our standard service is to dispatch your orders within 2 working days. However, when we receive a small order (when the combined value of your order does not reach £100, including discounts), your MOSL (min order surcharge level) preference will be applied. Please see below for options.

 

MOSL Preferences
1) Hold my small orders for up to 5 working days to allow for further consolidation and then dispatch without surcharge. This is the default preference for a trade account.

2) Hold my small orders for up to 3 months to allow for further consolidation and then dispatch without surcharge. 

3) Never hold my small orders. I agree to pay a £4 surcharge for each dispatched order which is less than £100 (after discount).

You can update your preference here.
You can also ask us to remove the order hold and pay the Small Order Charge when you place your order by telephone or email. Our FastTrack service remains in place for urgent orders.
