Value Added Services

A number of additional services are available, allowing us to tailor our service to your changing needs and specifications.

Gratis and review copy despatch

Gratis and review copies can be sent out and are despatched with a zero value invoice.

Consignment despatch and sales recording

Consignment despatches to overseas distributors are handled as gratis and the invoice contains values for customs purposes. We record the despatch as a transfer of stock to an unpickable warehouse location. In handling the sales recording element, it is this stock which is invoiced on receipt of the sales report from the distributor.

Drop shipment invoicing

Where stock is delivered to customers direct from the printer, BookSource will handle the credit control part of the transaction. We raise an appropriate invoice and collect the cash from the customer.

Royalties

Access to the Bookmaster Royalties module can be provided if client publishers require it.
