Davinder Bedi
Managing Director
Davinder joined Publishing Scotland as Financial Administrator in 1996 and was seconded on a part time basis to BookSource until he became the permanent Operations Manager in 2000. He was appointed to the Board as Managing Director in August 2003.
During his time at BookSource, Davinder has introduced many initiatives that have provided value to both client publishers and customers. His plan for the future is to grow the business further and provide an even wider range of services to meet the needs of small publishers operating in the 21st century.
Louise Morris
Customer Service Director
Louise joined BookSource in 2005. The majority of her experience lies within marketing, customer services and operations, where she has developed excellent managerial and communication skills. Her main responsibilities at BookSource are to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our client publishers and customers to ensure that we consistently meet their needs.
Kirsty O'Connor
Credit Control Manager
Kirsty joined BookSource in June 2009. Kirsty has worked in credit control for the past 11 years and the majority of her experience has been in the construction industry, where she first took on a managerial role. Kirsty is responsible for managing the credit control department, ensuring customers pay promptly, resolving disputes and keeping client publishers up-to-date with customer movements.
Jim O'Donnell
Operations Director
Jim came on board in June 2007. He brings with him a wealth of distribution experience gained from previous employments in textiles, timber and plastics. As a former member of the I.L.D.M.(Institute of Logistics and Distribution Management) he has also acquired excellent knowledge of handling and storage methods across a range of industries, many of which have been applied to excellent effect at BookSource.
David Warnock
Systems Manager
David has been in the book business since 1985 and his first foray into third party distribution was in the early 90s as Warehouse Manager with the Albany Book Company. David joined BookSource in February 1996 and is now responsible for the smooth operation of our systems and maintenance of our premises.
